The data gathered from meetings and analysis of conditions has contributed to an understanding of current and anticipated needs. This scheme razes the existing rectory building and has a new building with expanded functions built in its place. The Building Program for Scheme III is as follows:

Provide space for materials and equipment used outdoors.
Maintenance office.
CHURCH
Modifications to the Church
Provide ramp from the main Church floor to the Sanctuary level.
Provide new full immersion baptismal font incorporating the existing font. Location to be determined.
Freshen finishes in the Church; new paint, clean stone, renew wood
